Your data rights

Ask to see, correct, erase or object to what we hold about you. This opens a request with a reference and a deadline — not an email that may or may not be read.

What are you asking for?

These two fields are all we take here, and we use them for this request and nothing else. Do not send documents or identity papers through this form — if we need to confirm who you are, we will ask, and we will say why.

What we can and cannot do

We can show you what we hold, correct it, erase it, stop using it, and suppress an entry on this site so that it survives the next reload of the register.

We cannot change what Companies House publishes. If your name is on the register, it will stay there whatever we do here — and anyone can read it at the source. Where the entry itself should not be public, Companies House runs schemes for protected details and for suppressing a residential address. We will point you at them rather than let you believe the matter is closed.

The deadline

One month from the day the request arrives. We may extend it by two further months for a genuinely complex request, and if we do, we will tell you inside the first month and say why. Where we refuse, we say on what ground.

If we get it wrong

Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You do not have to come to us first, and nothing on this page affects that right.

Who you are dealing with

NOETIKOS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17154674, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC229911 — the entry is public, and checking it beats taking our word for it.
