What this means, and what it does not

A company appears here because the date Companies House records for its next accounts has passed and the register does not show them filed. That is common and ordinary — small companies miss the date for all sorts of reasons, and the register can lag a filing by a few days. It is a thing to know before extending credit, not a finding.

Dissolved companies are left out: their accounts being late is arithmetic rather than news. Every date shown here is on the company's own page and on the register itself.
