What it does
Performs a medieval cycle of mystery plays (currently 26 plays) every 3 years with to 1000 members of the community are involved in performing, assisting back stage and in other ways. The cycle took place over 2 days in the early summer. The cycle was revived in 1994 and took place every 3 years since then.The format has now changed to an annual cycle of some plays performed by local schools.
