To promote for the benefit of the residents of the Parish of Llanfoist without distinction of sex, race, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations & inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, provide facilities for social welfare, recreation, leisure-time occupation, to improve conditions of life & local environment for residents
