What it does
Chaucer Homecare works with individuals with mental health problems and other vulnerable people in the belief that everyone has the potential for personal growth given the appropriate support and training. It offers domicilliary, personal care and vocational services to meet the needs of individuals, aid their recovery and help them reach their maximum potential for independent living.
