What it does
The relief of people with physical disabilities in particular by the provision of enabling services.This includes supporting the individual on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis subject to assessment including risk to participate with equity with other citizens in accessing G.P. / other health providers; shopping trips; leisure activities and planned social outings etc.
