THE AUDI DESIGN FOUNDATION
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 23 September 2010. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Our aim is to encourage designers to develop ideas that create a positive change in people's lives. We do this by awarding grants for prototype development (Designs for Life), running an undergraduate competition (Designs of Substance), sponsoring a bursary programme in conjunction with Kingston University and funding research.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
