SECONDLY, WE IDENTIFY NEEDS WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND OBTAIN RESOURCES TO DELIVER APPROPRIATE SERVICES. WE FOCUS ON SERVICES FOR OLDER PEOPLE, SERVICES FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY TRANSPORT.
