NYUMBANI UK
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 7 March 2023. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Nyumbani UK & The Hotcourses Foundation supports HIV affected children in Kenya, pulling them out of poverty and the worst start in life, to empower and give them a future through education. We fund The Hotcourses Primary School and the Lawson Secondary School providing education for approx 1,000 orphaned children as well as educating approx 100 children living in informal communities in Nairobi.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
