What it does
Share the Care offers locally based services to adult carers who look after disabled, elderly or ill relatives or friends at home including confidential support, advice and information through groups or individually through home visits. Our Young Carers Project offers services to carers under the age of 18 (covering Lincoln, Gainsborough, North Hykeham, Market Rasen and Caistor areas).
