What it does
ACIE provides information and support about Independent Examination (IE = end of year 'audit' for smaller charities, see CC31 and CC32) to individuals and charities. This includes a training programme, annual conference and helpline. ACIE is a membership organisation, offering a professional designation to its 'Full Members', including Fellows (see also Charities Act 2006).
