MINORITY ETHNIC WOMENS NETWORK SWANSEA
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 January 2017. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Minority Ethnic Womens Network (MEWN) Swansea is a forum where black and ethnic minority women provide mutual support, sharing expertise and experience. Race and sex-discrimination together cause double discrimination. MEWN provides courses that will help the women get back into further education, training and employment.

About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers.
