CARDIFF LAKESIDE (E) TOWNSWOMEN'S GUILD
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 15 September 2015. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Cardiff Lakeside Townswomen's Guild provides a meeting place for women living in the area, irrespective of religion, race or politics. Here they can make friends, hear talks on topics of general interest, go on outings, join together at meals and entertainments. There is a drama group and a choir. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month in Lakeside Junior School at 6.45pm.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
