We will consider any request which is charitable for the benefit of any individual group or other charitable organisation within Clacton on Sea and surounding areas in the Tendring District with the exception of the Harwich and Dovercourt and surrouinding area.For national organisations we will normally only consider requests that affect persons living in the Clacton on Sea and district.
