KEEN EDGE FOOTBRIDGE DEVELOPMENT TRUST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 26 August 2010. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

To facilitate the development of a footbridge across the River Thames at Shillingford in order to restore the Thames Path National Trail to the riverbank. The activity has been modified to facilitate the construction of a new footpath running parallel with the River Thames, to allow walkers to follow the Thames Path National Trail through Shillingford without needing to cross the A4074.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers.
