STREETWISE 2000 PROJECT
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 23 December 2014. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Streetwise 2000 aims to provide an effective community based service to vulnerable young people. We support young people aged between 16 and 25, through the transition from adolescence to adulthood, which will enable them to achieve their full potential and lead meaningful lifestyles. We achieve this through a variety of one-to-one support, CBT, counselling, therapeutic group work and befriending.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
