What it does
Working in Norfolk to provide individual support to teenage parents. Referrals are made by the young parent or professional. Project workers visit the young person in their home and negotiate how they can help. Project workers assist with applications for benefits, housing, dealing with debt, parenting crisis support and return to education or employment.
