NORTH OF TYNE PATIENTS' VOICE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 15 April 2010. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
North of Tyne Patients' Voice, a company limited by guarantee, was established in 2003 to support eight Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forums in the north of Tyne area. From January 2007, following NHS mergers and boundary changes, we now support nine PPI Forums in the north of Tyne and Gateshead, including the ambulance Forum and the mental health/learning disabilities Forum.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
