CEDAR CENTRE TRUST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 23 May 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Casledean School Trust was set up to assist children attending Castledean school. This is a school for children with many complex learning difficulties. Most of the difficulties centre around problems of speech and language. In 1996 we changed our name to the Cedar Centre following a merger with Casledean and Uplands.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
