What it does
The Friends of Bonou raise funds to further the purposes of the charity, which is to foster interest in Benin, West Africa, and in the commune of Bonou in particular. Funds have been raised to fund the running of a girls' training centre, intended to keep local girls in the vicinity and to stop them straying into prostitution in Nigeria. In the year, we have raised funds to build a dormitory.
