CENTRE FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY ( CCA )
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 8 November 2010. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The CCA focuses on the role of state bodies in the enforcement of health and safety law and the inverstigation of work-related death and injury. In the UK it provides advice to families bereaved from work-related deaths, and undertakes research and policy work on law enforcement and corporate accountability issues. In Bangladesh it works with local NGOs, trying to enforce labour law.

About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
