the relief of hardship and distress and the preservation and protection of good health among African and Spanish migrants; we advice, information and counselling services on welfare benefits housing matters;the provision, in the interests of social welfare, of facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities for the beneficiaries with the objects of improving their conditions of life.
