What it does
Bii has changed how it achieves its objects, having developed a range of intellectual property (IP) in the first stage of its operation it has now determined that it can no longer access the levels of funding to sustain the resource required to develop new IP and has moved away from in-house IP development to one which exploits that IP through other methods.
