SEATON PHOENIX
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 12 June 2015. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Our aim is to add to the quality of life in Seaton and district by education, environmental, entertainment or leisure pursuits, and to support groups providing such services. We also make grants to recommended needy individuals. We now run the former Seaton Relief in Need charity (no. 235722) for aged residents in Seaton. Members (ú5 a year), bingo and sales of donated goods provide funds.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
