COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITIES UK
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 5 May 2026. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The central aim and outcome of Compassionate Communities UK is to make the experiences of ill health, death, dying and loss a matter for our whole society by supporting people undergoing these experiences across the breadth of our society. Supportive communities exist wherever there are people, which is everywhere. We will all experience death, dying and loss and it is everybody?s business.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
