What it does
Teaching and training health care workers in the care of women and babies through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods. This is particularly focused on managing emergency situations which may affect the woman (eg excessive bleeding) or her baby (eg not breathing). Work is in Sub-Saharan Africa, predominantly Sierra Leone.
