What it does
A communal activity involving people to combat their isolation, focused on doing mainly practical tasks that absorb and distract from everyday worries. Colloquially, it is a Men's/Women's Shed associated with UK Men's Shed Association. Activity can cover almost anything from woodwork and craft to board games and good conversation. The hallmark is inclusion. Serving the west of Whitby area.
