What it does
To advance education for the public benefit of adults and children who are visually impaired, blind or disabled in the study of music. In particular but not limited to providing music tuition and instruction providing training to teachers on how to teach blind, visually-impaired and disabled children and adults to play musical instruments. Providing musical instruments, audio & braille resources.
