What it does
The charity makes grants to help fund research into rare genetic disorders, in particular but not limited to childhood auto immune conditions, in order to correct gene errors leading to disorders, to better understand the conditions and to find ways to accurately track the disease activity. It disseminates all useful results arising from any research into the public domain.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
