THE STROUD CHORAL SOCIETY
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 4 October 2022. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We meet in Stroud as a group of approximately one hundred and twenty amateur singers to rehearse choral music, in preparation for its performance in concerts, four or five times a year. Members pay an annual subscription but students in full time education, may sing with us free of charge. We also have a children's choir and a youth choir.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
