W J YAPP BEQUEST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 10 February 2022. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Derbyshire House provides residential care for anyone over the age of 65 years, who because of physical and some mental incapacity requires help with daily living. The trust aims to provide a warm, loving home for older people who are in need of care. The home is registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a provider of residential care for older people.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
