The object of the Charity is to supervise and adminster Jewish Religious Humane Slaughter for Food (Shechita) by training and employing such staff as are necessary for the Shechita Process and the supervision of meat and poultry processing, monitoring and certifying in accordance with Jewish Religious Law (Halacha)
