What it does
The Trust makes grants to former employees, or their spouses, of Upward and Rich Limited in accordance with the Trust Deed, at the discretion of the Trustees. Further grants are made to charitable trusts, charitable entities or other organisations with charitable aims, in each case for the benefit of the Isle of Wight and its residents, and individuals who are residents of the Isle of Wight.
