Applicants must live in Hertford or on its borders - applicants outside the area may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Application forms can be requested from the charity.Applications can be for essential clothing and shoes for children. Equipment such as a childs high chair or buggy, furnishings etc and educational visits are considered.
