ROYAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS READING WITH OXON BORDER BRANCH

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 24 March 2026. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Working with the National Society of the RSPCA, with particular reference to the geographic area of the branch. Financially independent and run by local volunteers, we rehabilitate and rehome abused and neglected, cats and rabbits. We also provide assistance to ensure sick animals receive appropriate veterinary treatment.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
