What it does
Grants & "contributions against losses" to local groups and sometimes individuals in North Hertfordshire - mainly amateur. Groups are: orchestras, choirs, drama & dance, art clubs, music clubs and film clubs. Also funding for events in Arts Festivals and at Arts Centres. Small expenses for trustees & the chartered accountant. All grants & contributions agreed by the committee.
