HEARING LINK

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 14 December 2017. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Everyone should enjoy life and participate fully and confidently, whatever their level of hearing. We offer people with hearing loss and their families individual support, advice and information through peers living with hearing loss in the community. We provide a helpdesk, volunteer scheme, informative website, self-management and rehabilitation courses, membership, magazine and campaigns.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
