What it does
Provision of free services within Northamptonshire to young people aged 10 - 19 years of age and up to 25 years of age for Disabled young people. Services include a wide range of information, support, health, advocacy, counselling and positive activities. Services are undertaken through a range of methods including appointments, detached services, youth clubs, projects and helpline/text/MSN.
