What it does
Off Centre works in east London providing practical, emotional and wellbeing support to young people aged 11-25 years. We provide a safe environment where support is tailored to the needs of each individual. We aim to help young people realise a brighter future by helping them to equip themselves with the coping skills and knowledge needed to sustain their own emotional resilience.
