MAINTAIN THE CAPITAL AND DISTRIBUTE THE INCOME AS SPECIFIED IN THE SCHEME. CONSENT WAS GIVEN BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION TO PAY OUT THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AND SUBSEQUENTLY WIND UP THE TRUST (LTR DATED 31 MARCH 2009 YOUR REF. DHJ/C-235030-09GT/SCWTaunton). WE WILL WRITE TO CONFIRM NIL BALANCE AND WITH COPY OF THE FINAL ACCOUNTS SO YOU CAN REMOVE THE CHARITY FROM REGISTER OF CHARITIES.
