NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND BUCKINGHAMSHIRE DYSLEXIA ASSOCIATION

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 29 August 2025. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

NBDA is a local Dyslexia Association serving the counties of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Our aim is to support the needs of dyslexic children and young people in the education sector and adults with dyslexia. We offer advice and guidance and we also work closely with local employers to raise awareness in the workplace. We maintain a list of qualified dyslexia tutors and assessors.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
