Provide the highest level of specialist palliative carefor patients admitted for In_patient care or Day Therapy, working with the Ellenor Team, Primary Care, Darent Valley Hospital and other care providers.Provide support for carers and relatives during loved ones illness and as they face bereavement.Offer training both locally and nationally.
