What it does
Our aim is to enable the discovery of the full potential of each person. We teach a simple, practical method of meditation and provide long-term individual guidance. We explore, in optional weekly group meetings, the teachings of the Advaita tradition, as well as other complementary sources. We run two weekend retreats annually. We hold open meetings in London to provide further information.
