What it does
The establishment of an educational boat to operate within the enclosed West India & Millwall Docks and Blackwall Basin. The boat to be capable of carrying groups of up to 30 children and their accompanying teachers/adults. The educational programme to include: the history of the docks from their construction to the present day and the marine environment/ecology of the enclosed docks.
