MEDWAY DYSLEXIA ASSOCIATION
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 15 December 2009. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The objectives of the Association are to raise awareness of dyslexia in the local community, educate and assess children and adults with dyslexia and to provide training and advice for teachers, classroom assistants and parents of children with dyslexia. We also provide support to dyslexics and their families by way of befrienders and the helpline.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
