SANDY GALL'S AFGHANISTAN APPEAL CHARITABLE TRUST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 28 January 2021. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

SGAA treats the disabled people of Afghanistan by the provision of prostheses and orthoses and physiotherapy care. All orthopaedic devices as well as wheelchairs are made at our centre in Jalalabad, Eastern Afghanistan. Students and technicians are trained in these professions to enable them to run the centres themselves with regular visits of consultants.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
