THE ROYAL ENGINEERS MUSEUM
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 8 May 2026. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
To collect, preserve and present accessibly the works and activities of the Royal Engineers through a Museum and Library; to educate and promote scholarship and enjoyment therein for military and civilian customers; thereby to contribute positively to the proficiency, reputation and efficiency of the Royal Engineers, the recruitment and inspiration of its members and the benefit of the public.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
