To ensure the care and maintenance of the fabric and contents of the Parish Church of St Katharine's and for the upkeep of the graveyard thereof and for any other charitable purposes directed wholly to the benefit of the parishioners of St Katharine's and the upkeep of the aforementioned Parish.
