THE HENLEY FESTIVAL TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 14 December 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Henley Festival Trust was formed to promote the arts for the benefit of the public and continues to carry out this activity. The wider goal is to continue to fund, by way of grants, local and national charities who work with people of all ages.

About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
