THE TRUSTEES ISSUED A BOARD RESOLUTION TO WIND UP HEALTHAID FROM 1 NOVEMBER 1998. THE BANK ACCOUNT REMAINED IN OPERATION RECEIVING SMALL AMOUNTS OF INCOME UNTIL THE PAYEES COULD BE CONTACTED. THE ACCOUNT CONTINUED TO RECEIVE INTEREST AS THE ONLY OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME UNTIL THE CHARITY'S BANK ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED ON 10 SEPTEMBER 2004. NO FURTHER ACTIVITY HAS TAKEN PLACE.
